We do NOT archive sequencing data generated for you. Any sequencing data should be downloaded and verified as soon as possible.
Sequencing data will be available on our Bioshare server for three months after they are generated.
You will receive emails from Bioshare notifying you as soon as the data are available for download. It is highly recommended to download and verify your data immediately (especially the demultiplexing results) or at your earliest convenience after receiving the email notification.
After the timeframe noted above, the data may be deleted at any time, and you will not receive any additional warnings when this is about to occur.
